- Make sure to brush before you crash.
If you think that just one night of not brushing won’t be so bad, then you’re very much wrong. - Brush properly.

Forceful brushing on leads to the irritation of the gums and does not ensure proper cleaning of teeth. And it’s just as important for you to brush the backs of your teeth as it is to brush the front sides. - Cap things off by flossing.

These crevices are very tight and the bristles of your toothbrush will have a hard time getting into these spaces. The only way to clean these spaces is to floss.
- Think about rinsing with mouthwash.
